It was an intense, soulful, uplifting, and thoroughly enjoyable experience. The facilitators and the presence they brought, and the nature of the design which balanced body work with philosophy, conversations with contemplations, and serious inner work with fun group experiences were all unique aspects of this retreat. I found the Antaranga Yoga (inner work) sessions to be deeply reflective spaces opening up areas for my own growth, further along my journey inward. The musical explorations were immensely moving and cathartic for me. After the retreat, I'm grounding myself more, as I was called to during the retreat, and can view myself and my upheavals with a lot more compassion than before. I'm committing myself to regular breath and body work, including a regular yoga practice.

I joined the retreat to understand myself beyond just the professional and personal responsibilities. I found the integration of music and yoga a very unique experience. The awareness of sensations in the body was especially fascinating. I discovered how music actually impacts us and how we can tune into the essence of it even if we don't know the language. After the retreat, I see that I've become more sensitive to the sounds around me. And constant monitoring of breath is something that's happening. As part of practices, I am going to inculcate the tools that I came across during the retreat to lead a life of awareness about who I am in the context and understand my ground and then deal with my actions in the given space.

Brilliant! The workshop and the sessions provided a safe space for self-exploration and silence that enabled me to understand myself better. Hari as my yoga coach had propelled me into self-inquiry and inner work through yoga which caught my attention. This inspired me to explore this retreat. With the inner work (Antaranga Yoga) sessions, I experienced deep silence, introspection, and my relationship with my surroundings to my bhoomi (truth). The musical sessions empowered my throat chakra.

The retreat sessions helped me touch depths of sorrow that I had been holding. As I did so and in the presence of the Sangha, I eventually also touched the underlying Ramyam in this sorrow. I experienced the ragas quite intuitively as much of what each note usually expresses was felt by me. The breath work exercise was simply mind blowing! I loved to experience the sound and vibrations inside me - in my rib cage and in my lungs. It felt so liberating and powerful!

I loved the retreat. Each session was an experience of self-exploration and connecting, and knowing oneself. The design was relaxing and also intentional, without losing the Bhoomi, or groundedness. After the retreat, I'm left feeling at ease. And I see myself taking actions in my life. I'm also talking to people better now.
