Hariprasad transitioned from a decade-long career in digital consulting into leadership and organisational development eight years ago. His journey has been one of rediscovering and reimagining what it means to live a life that creates a context for personal unfoldment and fulfilment that simultaneously enlivens self, other and the context one is in.
This pursuit led him to found Zensei Leadership Pvt. Ltd. to design leadership, coaching and OD programs, and Yogaśāla to curate holistic wellness retreats, workshops and personalised consultations for individuals and groups across India and abroad. He specialises in creating deeply self-reflective explorations through experiential and embodied practices anchored in ideas drawn from arts, music, and theatre contextualising it in lived experience of the individual and the organisation. This enables participants to come up with original and personal leadership narratives for themselves.
Hari started his career working with Google, Accenture and Amazon in the digital consulting domain. As a coach, he has worked with leaders from diverse sectors such as IT, Medicine, Law, Mental Health, Marketing and Education as a facilitator and coach. His clients include leaders from organisations such as Google, Amazon, Microsoft, TCS, TVS Motors, and Infosys. Hari works with Totally Aligned Organisation (TAO) in facilitating leadership development programs. In his work with Ritambhara, he works extensively with archetypes from Mahabharata in the context of self-exploration.
Hari has completed training in Transformational Coaching from Transcend International (Hong Kong), and facilitator training in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method from the Association of Master Trainers. Currently, he is pursuing his Internship in Process Work (IPW) with Sumedhas. He has also received international accreditation in yoga therapy with International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT), and trainings in Counselling, NLP, and Healing Chants.
