Somatic Experiencing® is a gentle, body-focused approach to healing trauma and stress.
Somatic Experiencing® method is built on the fundamental belief that the effects of trauma are not solely confined to the mind but are deeply embedded in the body’s physiological response.
This approach endeavours to release and resolve these trapped sensations, enabling individuals to regain a profound sense of safety, connection, and self-empowerment.
Somatic Experiencing® can help you move towards a state of optimal balance and well-being, and harness your body’s inherent capacity for healing and resilience. Through SE, you can:

Developed by Peter Levine, Ph.D., Somatic Experiencing® method resulted from the multidisciplinary study of stress physiology, psychology, ethology, biology, neuroscience, indigenous healing practices, and medical biophysics, with more than 45 years of successful application.

Sōma Maṇdala
Sōma Maṇdala is a healing community space where we explore healing practices rooted in the Somatic Experiencing and Yogic wisdom traditions. This is an initiative by Zensei & Yogaśāla and anchored by Hariprasad Varma, in collaboration with other SE™ practitioners globally.
Each month, we offer a 1-hour webinar and a 2-hours online Somatic Experiencing workshop on a specific theme or topic relating to trauma and healing.
With trust and gratitude, we offer these learning and practice spaces without any financial price tag. They are not “free”, they are being offered “freely” so that money doesn’t become a barrier for anyone to participate.
